Gain Furniture is committed in keeping all customer information secure.  All information customers share with Gain Furniture is used to fulfill order (s) and to keep all customers a brisk on the status of their order.  After an order is placed Gain Furniture will contact the customer with all pertinent information as needed.

Their will be times when the financial institutions processing payments may furnish Gain Furniture supplemental information if there is a problem completing the transaction.  Also, the shipping company may send Gain Furniture supplemental information if there is a problem with delivery.  All customers should bear in mind that such information is used only in processing their order (s) From Gain Furniture.

No, Information will be shared or distributed at any given time to no third party personnel, marketing agents or telemarketers.  At Gain Furniture customer confidentiality is our top priority and for that reason Gain Furniture does not rent, sell or share any customer information.

We make reasonable efforts to protect the integrity of our Web site.  However, we make no representations or warranties that our web site is free from software defects, or other content, which could be incompatible with or harmful to your computer, or its contents.  You assume all risks when using our Web site, including accessing links to other sites, which we do not review.  We make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information and accept no liability for any errors or omissions in the content of the Web site.

Payments

Payments in US Dollars only

Gain Furniture accepts Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, discover, American Express and money orders.  At this time, we do not accept C.O.D. for online purchases.  Money orders with prior arrangements only for online purchases.  Orders are subject to manufacturer approval.  You will be notified as soon as possible if an item or fabric is delayed or discontinued by the manufacturer.  This will not affect the remaining order.  Defective payments are subject to all charges, attorney fees and court cost allowed by Florida state statue.   

Financing

At Gain Furniture we try to accommodate every customers need and we have differed payment financing through American General Finance Company.  This is where a customer can buy merchandise with approval from American General and pay American General directly.

Shipping

Cancellations / Return Policy

As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from your chosen furniture manufacturer.  Once we contact the manufacturer we place your order officially so we ask that you refrain from canceling your order or else their will be a 20% restocking fee.  Gain Furniture does not take returns on upholstered merchandise.  Because the upholstered items are custom-ordered for you the customer we would prefer you do not return the merchandise.  If merchandise is damaged or defective we will gladly exchange it as long as it is returned in its original packaging. 

Delivery Times

In an effort to keep our customers happy we order your furniture directly from the manufacturer.  Please remember that the manufacturer must ship the furniture to our warehouse, before we can release the furniture for delivery to you.  Delivery dates are estimated in good faith, but are not guaranteed.  For estimated delivery time please email or call the store directly.

Delivery and Damage

All orders should be inspected upon arrival by the purchaser.  If, at the time of delivery you notice any damage, defect or deficiency, you MUST describe this on the Bill of Lading retained by the driver (large items).  For defect or deficiencies on small items please email or call the store immediately or within 24 hours.  If you do not properly report the damage, defect or deficiency at the time of delivery, we will not be able to assist with later claims. 

Private Pickup

If you choose to pick up your merchandise, from our store we will need at least 48 to 72 hours advance notice to stage and inspect your order.  We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Prices

Delivery charges are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address. Items are shipped via UPS.

Freight Service

For large items such as bedroom sets, china, wall units, bunk beds, upholstered items etc. we will use a freight company to deliver the merchandise anywhere in the continental US.  For shipment to outside the U.S. please call the store (561) 638-9099 or email us at  Customer Service.
